Comments: He is excellent, right here when needed, followed up the next day and then a couple of weeks later also to make sure everything was OK. Later on I saw some ants and he was right here to spray with no extra charge at all.

Michael Petrin is so thorough. I seemed to have mice in the walls of my family room. After quite a search he found droppings in the garage. He searched the house from cellar to garret to make sure the mice weren’t doing anything destructive and found no signs. He went all around the house looking for possible openings and found my house quite tight. Sti11 he laid poisoned bait in secure housings (safe for other pets) at every possible location. After three days I heard no more noises. What a relief. I’m calling this a work in progress because it hasn’t been two weeks yet.

My entire life has turned upside down recently, and my finances are pretty tight. I called several other companies, but they wouldn’t even come out to see me for less than $150!! Mike cares more about the depressing situation I’M IN, than the almighty dollar. He did a thorough inspection, put up a “they can come out, but can’t come back in” HUMANE cage, and charged me a very reasonable price. He calls regularly to see how I’m doing! My house sat empty for 2 years before I bought it, so I have “critters” upstairs. Not sure what. He’s letting me keep the trap up until I’m comfortable. HE’S THE BEST, PERIOD!!!

Personable, Knowledgeable, polite, persistant and followed through, and reasonable. Mike Petrin was told the bee hive was yellow jackets but found they were honey bees which meant a larger more widespread infestation that required three visits to treat rather than just one. His treatments extended into the weekend which he covered as a matter of course. His rates were quite reasonable and fair.

Attended to our pest issue within two hours of making initial contact. When you have pests, you just want quick action and Petrin’s was there for us. The gentleman was very polite and explained what he was going to do and what we should see over the following 24 hours. We felt informed and well taken care of. Work is guaranteed for six months too. Rates very reasonable.

Mike was wonderful. He was very informative, told me exactly what he was going to do, answered all my questions, was patient with my frequent phone calls asking what I needed to do to prepare the house, and most important, the fleas are gone! There was no chemical smell in the house whatsoever when he had finished. We only had to be out of the house for a few hours. When we came back, there was no bad effect on our dog (we took her out with us, or our goldfish (who stayed in its tank!) Everything Mike told me would happen exactly as he said it would happen. I had to keep rescheduling his appointment here because I was sick, and he was totally fine with it. He even called up to check on how things were a week after he had been here. His fee was completely reasonable, and less than others I had called. And they were not nearly as informative or pleasant to deal with, even on the phone. I can’t recommend Mike highly enough, and although I hope we never have fleas again (!), I would call him in an instant for any pest problem. I’ve told Mike that he can have potential customers call me for references.
